Hello, my name is Alexandra! I am Swiss, have lived in Germany and the United States and I’ve been back in Geneva for the past 5 years. I recently moved in with my boyfriend, which is why I am now renting my studio. It is always a pleasure to meet hosts and guests from other countries!

The apartment is situated in the Eaux-Vives neighborhood of Geneva, which stretches along the lakefront and behind the city’s famous fountain, the Jet d’Eau, a lively and safe neighborhood where you will have a wide choice of hip restaurants and bars. It is also the only neigborhood in Geneva with a beach (plage des Eaux-Vives)! People living in Eaux-Vives are usually young professionals or couples. There are also families living here. Many events are organized all year round but especiall in summer, along the lakefront and in the big park La Grange, both a few minutes of the apartment. The old town is walkable and you can jump on a ferryboat right in front of the apartment, to navigate across the lake and visit Les Paquis neighborhood to and the cool Bains des Pâquis swim and chill spot. The mountains and countryside to the south are also within easy reach by public transport.
