This cosy house between the countryside and mountains counts with a beautiful garden with lawn and a chlorine swimming pool of 9 X 5 metres and 0, 80 X 1, 70 metres . The house porch with exterior furniture where to have breakfast before starting the journey with the entrance doors made of wood and glass, that let the light go into its interior, and the leaving room with a sofa and satellite TV where to spend a quiet evening. The dining room next the kitchen equipped with a gas stoves, dishwasher, and basic kitchenware among others, to make guests feel like home. An attic with rocking chairs above the kitchen gives a special touch to the property. There are 3 bedrooms where to rest, 2 of them with double beds and the third one with 2 single beds. The 3 bedrooms have an exit a door to the garden. There is a closet on the hall to be share by all the bedrooms too. There are 2 bathrooms with a shower, one of them with hair dryer. A washing machine, iron, iron-table completes the house equipment. A cot and a highchair under request.

Sineu’s town is located at the centre of Majorca’s Island, where every Wednesday the colourful market takes place on the streets. The north coast zone is about 20 kilometres where the best pristine and white sand beaches such as Platja de Muro, Can Picafort and Puerto de Alcudia offer to their visitor’s days of enjoyment in family with the best natural landscapes. Capdepera and Artá towns are easy to have access too. Sineu counts with some stores and restaurants with typica food.
