## The neighborhood The apartment is located in the center of Cannes and is ideally placed for business people wishing to be close to the Palais des Festivals or for holidaymakers more interested in Cannes' famous beaches, luxury boutiques and numerous restaurants and bars. Cannes, a sunny destination nestled on the French Riviera, is famous for its glamour, stunning beaches and refined gastronomic scene. During your stay at our elegant apartment in Cannes, we invite you to explore the city not only for its coastal charm, but also for its exceptional restaurants. Among them, three establishments particularly deserve your attention: -La Môme: an iconic Côte d'Azur restaurant, offering an authentic Mediterranean dining experience -New York, New York: a restaurant that invites you to explore the world of international flavors on the famous Croisette, offering an unforgettable culinary experience. -Tredici: a charming Italian restaurant in the heart of Cannes' old town, transporting you to Italy with its artisanal pizzas, fresh pasta and friendly atmosphere. All these restaurants are within easy reach of our Cannes apartment, offering a variety of cuisines to suit all tastes and preferences. ## Getting around It is not necessary to have a car because the apartment is in the center of everything. There is a direct bus from Nice airport (210) which leaves every 30' and leaves you next to the Palais des Festivals. However, it is possible to have access to covered parking for an additional cost if necessary. During your stay in Cannes, you'll have the chance to explore some wonderful nearby destinations, each offering a unique and memorable experience.
