Welcome to Puffin, our sweet guest annexe in central Falmouth. Puffin has a private entrance at the back of our main house with its own front door, kitchen diner, large shower room and spacious double bedroom. This space would suit parents or teaching staff visiting the university or business travellers as well as those of you looking for a well earned break in a lovely part of the country. You will be greeted by your own side entrance and front door leading straight into the kitchen diner. This contains everything you need for a short stay including small fridge/freezer, two ring ceramic hob, combination microwave oven, kettle and toaster. A hallway then leads you to a spacious shower room with an extra large open shower and underfloor heating. The roomy double bedroom has a duck and down feather duvet and feather pillows. Non allergy bedding is available on request. There is also freeview TV and free superfast wifi available. The kitchen diner overlooks the quiet back garden with a chairs just outside the door for your use. Parking is on a shared drive with us and we have a large garden which you are more than welcome to use during your stay. Although we welcome well behaved dogs they are not to be left alone in the apartment during your stay. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

We are located on the main road leading to all the Falmouth beaches and very close to all amenities that Falmouth has to offer. The beaches and town centre are 15 minutes walk away and the train station and bus stop close by. The University in Penryn is a short drive, bus or train stop away and the Woodlane Campus is just up the road. A perfect base for exploring.
